TOILET BLOCKS

TREATMENT TO CONCRETE DEFECTS LIKE CONSTRUCTION JOINTS COLD JOINTS, HONEY COMBS & POROUS CONCRETE:
All construction joints, honey combs, cold joints, after casting shall be treated by hacking open the affected area to sound concrete, fixing nozzles and grouting the same, under pressure with cement slurry mixed with plasticizer, and non shrink additive.

TREATMENT TO SUNK SLAB (FLOOR):
The waterproofing material to be used shall be Formdex Uni. It is a cementitious, two-component, polymer-modified, heavy duty slurry waterproofing membrane. Cleaning the surface for treatment by removing dust, dirt etc by wire brushing & water jetting. Providing and carrying out FORMDEX UNI two component polymer based, cementitious water proofing treatment to Toilet slab in two coats brush applied and reinforcing with chopped strand fiber glass mat at upturns and around detailings. (Measurement shall be as per actual area treated).

TREATMENT TO SUNK SLAB (WALLS):
The waterproofing material to be used shall be Formdex Uni. It is a cementitious, two-component, polymer-modified, heavy duty slurry waterproofing membrane. Cleaning the surface for treatment by removing dust, dirt etc by wire brushing & water jetting. Providing and carrying out FORMDEX UNI two component polymer based, cementitious water proofing treatment to verticals of sunken areas & walls up to 2.0 mtrs (in shower area) and 1.0 mtr (in other areas) from finished floor level in two coats brush applied and reinforcing with chopped strand fiber glass mat at upturns and around detailing. (Measurement shall be as per actual area treated).

PROTECTION AND SUNK FILLING TREATMENT:
Providing, mixing and laying for protection and sunk filling brick bat coba up to a depth of 200 mm.
